Brody Hickman

Brody Hickman

We are excited to have Brody Hickman on our team. Growing up Brody had been riding and showing Morgan’s and American Saddlebreds. From 2016 – 2019 he attended Martin County Community College in Williamston, NC, where he majored in equine training technology. For 2 years during that time he was the open horsemanship/reiner on their IHSA Team, ending 4th overall in region 3 zone 4, both years. For 2018-2019 he received the sportsmanship award for region 3 zone 4 (voted by all coaches in region 3 Universities (Appalachian State, NC State, St. Andrews and VA Tech)

During his college years Brody also took advantage of every opportunity to work for different horse trainers in multiple stock type disciplines at horse shows and at home gaining “hands on” experience, learning about the business and the hard work it takes to be successful in the horse industry. Interning for Josiane Gauthier (the official 2017 NRHA Professional Youth Coach of the Year) he found his love for the Quarter Horse and his calling for coaching, teaching and working with youth, learning the necessary skills in helping the student to achieve their goals in a fun and safe environment.
